As part of 6 Music celebrates the written word Liz is joined by Susie Dent, the resident dictionary expert and adjudicator in Countdown. She joined the show in 1992 and is currently the longest serving member of the on-screen team.
She continues to work as an english lexicographer, and has written numerous publications.
Liz will also give listeners the chance to show off their musical knowledge with topical tune suggestions, and chats to a listener about their '6 of the best' choices, the 6 tracks that encapsulate 6 Music for them.
