In a bid to be crowned Britain's best young traders, teams from across the country battle it out in a series of tough trading challenges set by Saira Khan.

Saira Khan and the two teams travel to Texas - the home of the all-American cowboy! In their toughest trading challenge yet the teams must sell Wild West-themed cookies to visitors at America's oldest rodeo. They meet real-life cowboys, learn the art of lassoing and broadcast their own adverts live on local radio, before competing in the sales challenge of their lives.
