Tom Williams & The Boat release their second album Teenage Blood today and perform for us live today.

After five years as a band, encompassing five EPs and two albums, the Kent-based six-piece might appear fully-formed but, with the release of their second album,'Teenage Blood, they're only just beginning to reveal their true colours.

Plus, Lauren takes a cloaser look at today's releases in New Music Mondays and offers up a healthy serving of free music in MPFree and an excuse to stop everything and listen in The Headphones Moment.
