Rescue 122 from Valley faces the Sea King's worst enemy - low cloud - in an attempt to save a man injured on Snowdon. In one of the worst maritime accidents of recent years, Rescue 169 from Chivenor is scrambled to try and save eight crewmen lost at sea when their cargo ship is sunk off the Lleyn Peninsula. And for the Valley and Chivenor crews, there is a brief moment to escape the stresses of the job as they prepare for Christmas on base.
