John Inverdale is joined by five-time Olympic gold medal winner Sir Steve Redgrave to present highlights from the first three days of competition at the World Rowing Championships, held at the beautiful setting of Bled in Slovenia.

Great Britain will be sending a strong squad as they hone their preparations for the London Olympics next year. Katherine Grainger has won four golds at the World Championships but has heartbreakingly missed out on Olympic glory with three silvers in the last three Games. The 35-year-old will be desperate to put this right next summer so will be keen to lay down a marker to her rivals when she partners Anna Watkins in the women's double sculls.

In the men's pairs Pete Reed and Andy Hodge are bidding to end the dominance of New Zealand duo Hamish Bond and Eric Murray. And also in action is Greg Searle, an Olympic gold medal winner back in 1992, as he forms part of the men's eight, 11 years after he retired.
