John Inverdale presents live coverage of the Diamond League meeting from the famous Weltklasse meeting in Zurich. Following on from the World Championships, a host of the world's top athletes will jet in from Daegu, South Korea to compete in what is the penultimate Diamond League event of the year. Much will be at stake as half the events that have been competed for during the 14-leg series are decided and the rest finish at the Memorial Van Damme Stadium in Brussels.

The annual meeting was first held in 1928 and the Letzigrund Stadium has seen a host of world records set over the years. Legendary pole vaulter Yelena Isinbayeva set a new mark of 5.06m in 2009 and she will be back this year looking to increase it further. Joining her are the likes of 200m runner Sanya Richards-Ross and long jumper Carolina Kluft, plus 100m sprinter Asafa Powell, who equalled his own world record of 9.77 seconds here in 2006.
