Shaun takes a rib-tickling satirical romp through the day's news and events, plus he chats to actress Sue Johnston.

Shaun does wonders for your ears from his impeccable taste in music, to A-list guests. Shaun is joined live in studio by Matt Everitt for an irreverent take on the day's music news. And as for the soundtrack? We're talking...The Smiths, The Beatles, Friendly Fires, Bon Iver, Emmy The Great, A Tribe Called Quest, Bowie, Prince, MGMT... need we go on?

After 9am Shaun is joined by legendary British actress Sue Johnston. Best known for her roles in Brookside and The Royle Family, she joins to chat about her upcoming autobiography. Having appeared in Brookside's first ever episode on 2 November 1982 - aired on the day that Channel 4 went on air, her character Shelia Grant lasted until her last episode which aired in September 1990, when the character was written out of the series. She went onto play Barbara Royle in the 麻豆社's Royle Family as well as roles in Waking The Dead and Brassed Off.

Shaun Keaveny: never knowingly over-played.
