Field of Blood is a newspaper drama that starts this week and stars Jayd Johnson, David Morrissey and Peter Capaldi. The drama is based on the best selling novel by Denise Mina, and is a two-part crime drama set in 1982. Jayd stars as Paddy Meehan, a young copygirl working in a Scottish newspaper office.Her dream is to be an investigative reporter and she jumps at the chance to cover a murder case, but everything does not go to plan when one of her relatives becomes involved.
