Chris Jackson reports on the landlords whose crumbling homes leave tenants in despair. Kirsten O'Brien visits the pioneering school where the newest learners are grown ups. The Percy Hedley Foundation on Tyneside has been leading the way working with children with cerebral palsy. Now adults are back in the class room learning how to cope with the impact of strokes and other neurological conditions.
