On patrol with the world's first sniffer dog for mobile phones, how members of the Territorial Army adjust to life back home after Afghanistan, and keeping fit into your 80s.
Mobile Phones are an increasing problem in our prisons. It is illegal for inmates to have them but phones are smuggled in or thrown over the perimeter walls. Inside they are extremely valuable and can be used for organised crime or intimidating witnesses. Now the prison service has a new weapon in the fight to remove illegal mobiles. Murphy the spaniel is the world's first sniffer dog for mobile phones and is based in Norwich prison. He's been so successful that many other prisons have their own mobile phone dogs.
Clive Lewis is a 麻豆社 reporter and also a part-time soldier. He knows first hand how difficult it can be to come home after service in Afghanistan. He tells his story, showing some of the problems for people who serve in the Territorial Army, with the help of his sergeant who also struggled to readjust and an Army psychiatrist who gives advice to help him to return to civilian life.
We discover that age is no barrier to fitness. 77-year-old Ena is a lollipop lady for a primary school. She's barely missed a day's work through illness in 26 years but nothing about her appearance gives away the secret of her fitness. Ena is a black belt in jujitsu and still teaches the art. We also meet Jack, he's had major heart surgery, is nearly 80, and has his own unusual exercise method.
