David Whiteley investigates the Norfolk-based company selling expensive equipment you don't need in the name of safety.
Lighthouses and light ships have been protecting the coast of East Anglia for thousands of years. But changing technology could spell the end for some of them. We take a look inside Orford Ness Lighthouse, threatened by erosion and visit the Norfolk coast to see how Happisburgh's distinctive red and white tower was saved to become the UK's only independently run lighthouse.
Helen McDermot experiences a boys' beauty pageant in Essex. Little Man is the latest competition being organised by former model Pam Boon. From her home in Colchester she runs events for both boys and girls from as young as two. Helen finds out if this is all about pushy parenting or really is a good way to boost children's confidence.
