Featuring The Specials from 1979, Ernest Ranglin from 1997 and The Frantic Elevators in 1981.
Featuring The Specials at the 麻豆社's Paris Theatre in 1979, the year they released their debut single 'Gangsters'. Plus Jamaican guitarist, composer and Ska pioneer, Ernest Ranglin, recorded in July 1997, and a Peel Session by Frantic Elevators, recorded in February 1981. The band was formed by a young Mick Hucknall in 1976 after seeing the Sex Pistols perform at the Lesser Free Trade Hall in Manchester. Of course, Hucknall went on to form the very successful Simply Red in 1985. Hear him before he was famous!
