Friday Night is Music Night recorded at Television Centre in London presented by Penny Smith with the 麻豆社 Concert Orchestra conducted by Roderick Dunk. The Kiri Prize reaches its fifth semi final in the search for a new opera star. Tonight's semi finalists include sopranos - Caroline Macphie, Rhian Lewis and Laurie Ashworth. All three battle it out for a place in the prestigious Kiri Prize final and a chance to sing with Dame Kiri te Kanawa at this year's 麻豆社 Proms in the Park.
