A gentle look at the Hebridean fascination with all things wheeled, as the programme meets the island characters who are obsessed with their vehicles. On Lewis, Cudaig from Bragar's Callanish and Dennis Autos wants nothing else but to fix anything with an engine. Duncan Campbell has rebuilt a classic Jeep in North Uist using nothing but junk and spare parts he found around the house. Donna Barden from Lewis owns a classic car and has a special and emotional reason to restore it to its former glory. In South Uist, Donnie MacDonald recently restored a classic MacBrayne's bus. On the Isle of Skye, Sandy Morrison took up rally driving at the age of 60.
