Despite the recession cosmetic surgery increases in popularity - the artist Alison Lapper discusses body image with Phillippa Diedrichs, a psychologist at the Centre for Appearance Research at the University of the West of England and Anna Richardson from Channel 4's Supersize V Superskinny.
