Rachel Treadaway-Williams meets customers who are dissatisfied with their energy supplier, and Rhodri Owen finds out how the Portland Street residents' fitness regimes are going.
The essential guide to Welsh life with Lucy and Rhodri Owen.
Rachel Treadaway-Williams meets Robert and Kella Pitts from Llanharry and Nicola Leyshon from Port Talbot who all discovered that they didn't get the deal - or the customer service - they expected from their energy supplier.
Rhodri finds out how the residents of Portland Street are getting on with their exercise and smoking campaigns. While some are managing to stick to Dom's military fitness routines, other are now devising their own exercise routine. And whilst Amanda's finding it fairly easy giving up smoking, Anthony's having to struggle to avoid that tempting cigarette.
The Five Minute Medic is in Cowbridge to see if the shoppers there know how to treat a head injury. Paramedic Steve Roberts, a first response officer from the Welsh Ambulance Service, offers some top advice.
In North Wales, Lucy meets the community gang battling to keep the historic streets of Caernarfon free of chewing gum. It costs street cleaners like Gwynfor, Will and Barry ten pence to clean up every three pence stick of gum - but passers-by are very reluctant to admit they are the culprits.
