As Kate contemplates the challenge of balancing the farm's books, Adam looks at how to make money from sheep. We all know about meat and wool, but what about sheep's cheese?
Kate Henson and Adam Henson live from the lambing sheds in Wales.
Lambing might be big business - in fact it's worth around 625 million pounds to our economy every year - but it's also a gamble. All week, Kate Humble and Adam Henson have been broadcasting live from the Beavan family's lambing sheds in Wales, but in the final show Kate discovers that being a farmer is as much about the books as anything else, while Adam looks at how to make money out of sheep. We all know about meat and wool, but what about sheep's cheese?
Plus updates on all the new arrivals as the lambing season continues.
