Marc is joined by both quirky folk trio Stealing Sheep and Cowboy Rob Hughes with his Americana choices.
Introduced to us by Mancunian Chanteuse Liz Green Stealing Sheep are a multination trio who use accordion, guitar, glockenspiel, fiddle, melodica, and synth to create their own brand of folk music.
Originally from Canada, Norway and the British midlands Becky, Megan and Gunhild met in Liverpool while studying music at Paul Mccartney's school for performing arts. They formed the band after graduating in the summer of 2008 and have supported folk legends such as Martin Carthy and Dave Swarbrick. Last summer they played the Southwell Folk Festival, Sheep Music Festival and Bideford Folk festival and even more festivals are planned for 2010.
