Bruce plays the latest and best hard rock, metal and punk sounds, plus he talks to tough folk artist Ricky Warwick about working as a solo artist and recording Irish music in LA.
'Tough Folk' artist Ricky Warwick joins Bruce.
Originating from Northern Ireland, Ricky bought his first guitar at 14, influenced by the likes of Johnny Cash, Steve Earl and the Bruce Springsteen. In 1988 he helped form punk band The Almighty who gained chart success and shared the stage with the likes of the Ramones, Alice in Chains and Metallica.
Since 2002 Ricky has embarked in a more acoustic direction, concentrating on his solo career, returning once again to his teenage inspirations.
He comes in to tell Bruce about working as a solo artist and recording Irish music in LA for his new record Belfast Confetti.
