House-swapping is the latest trend to hit the property world. With around ten thousand properties registered with swap websites, it's a brilliant way to avoid the dreaded property chain and make that move onwards.

Presenter Kristian Digby meets people who want to swap their home permanently, then shows them three properties to find their perfect match.

Kristian meets the Knights from Henley-on-Thames, who have a yearning to run a rural Bed and Breakfast, and the Mitchells, who want to swap their large Somerset house for something smaller near London. After they have road tested each other's properties and lifestyles, it's up to House Swap property negotiator Sunita Shroff to thrash out a deal before we find out if they've decided to swap homes for good.
