Its been a ticking time bomb for the past two years, people who bought property at the peak of the boom and have watched as the value has fallen. Now they are worth up to a third less than the price they agreed. Its left many people facing high court action or bankruptcy. Also it's been announced that a forum for victims and survivors of the conflict here will meet formally for the first time later this month. Can this Forum find common ground on such thorny and controversial issues as what the definition of a victim in Northern Ireland really is?
