Marc plays classic tracks and cutting-edge music featuring a session from Glaswegian five-piece My Latest Novel, plus more archive Peel sessions.
Marc is joined live in session by Greenock band My Latest Novel, while Rob Hughes drops in with some cowboy tunes. There are John Peel Sessions from the Psychedelic Furs, The Frank Chickens and The Liggers in Peel By Request, the feature which gives YOU - our lovely listeners - the chance to choose your favourite Peel Session from the 麻豆社 Archives. Plus there's a Peel By Behest session from Ash, as chosen by Rick from the band.
My Latest Novel are a five piece from Greenock near Glasgow, Their second album Deaths And Entrances is out now on the Bella Union label, home to acts such as Fleet Foxes. Their debut album Wolves came out in 2006.
