The Swan at The Globe
The ultimate culinary challenge for Britain's top chefs. John Burton Race and Atul Kochhar cook three-course meals at the same high-end British bistro.
The ultimate culinary challenge for Britain's top chefs. Two chefs go head-to-head buying food, preparing dishes and selling them to diners at some of the country's most diverse and high-end restaurants. Selling more dishes than their rival and winning the competition has never been more important.
The chefs putting their own money and reputations on the line are John Burton-Race, Nick Nairn, Gino D'Acampo, Aldo Zilli, James Tanner, Paul Rankin, Ed Baines, Atul Kochhar, Richard Phillips and Galton Blackiston.
This time, it is John Burton Race's and Atul Kochhar's turn to take each other on. They are both buying, preparing and selling dishes to a crowd of demanding diners in the same high-end British bistro: one starter, one main course and one dessert each. The diners choose between the dishes, and whoever makes the most profit wins. The question is, who will win over their dinner guests, and who will make the most money across the week?
