Marc plays classic tracks and cutting-edge music, featuring three live tunes from Scotland's King Creosote.

The King joins us from his Collective in Fife... That'll be King Creosote then. Making his way down from the East Coast of Bonny Scotland to play us three live tunes - the red carpet will out...maybe!!

King Creosote AKA Kenny Anderson is a prolific Fife musician and head of Fence Records, described on their own website as "a collective of musicians, artists, craftsfolk, chancers and slackers".

Under the auspices of Fence he began a project of CD-R albums now numbering more than 20, beginning with 1998's Queen Of Brush County. His latest album was released in February and is called Flick The Vs.

We've also got John Peel Sessions spread across the week from the Drowning Craze (as chosen by former member and now Bella Union head honcho Simon Raymond), the Sid Presley Experience, The Pale Saints and Van der Graf Generator. All you have to do is listen for pleasure.
