Gail Richards has been a strict vegetarian for most of her life but started eating fish recently for health reasons. She is a lover of food, and she wants to create good quality vegetarian dishes that people don't have to prepare themselves, ready meals to take away using natural healthy produce. Gail is confident that the public will relish her home-produced dishes which include flans, quiches, mushroom curry, spicy black-eyed beans and pastry.
