Where to find the Â鶹Éç at Edinburgh 2021
The Edinburgh Festivals are back for 2021 with a hybrid of in person and online events throughout August, and the Â鶹Éç will be there to capture it.
The capital city’s venues and outdoor spaces will provide a platform for artists to return to live performance and we’d like to invite you along to our new site for 2021, a pop-up, bespoke festival venue at High School Yards in the heart of Edinburgh’s Old Town. We’ll bring you a flavour of the best the Festivals have to offer via your favourite Â鶹Éç Radio shows and podcasts, which will be broadcast live and recorded in front of you, the audience.
An open sided marquee with socially distanced seating and covered stage will provide some protection from the elements in case the sun doesn’t constantly shine on us, whilst offering a safe and comfortable space to be part of Â鶹Éç Radio’s finest programmes. To maintain two metre social distancing, some audience members will be seated in an adjacent picnic area and be able to watch the stage via a big screen.
