Provides Admiral Nurses to support families from the point of diagnosis to post bereavement and provide advice on referrals to other appropriate services.

Encourages families and carers of a person with dementia to use personalised music in dementia treatment and care.

Provides information and support for people affected by young onset dementia. Dementia is classed as ‘young onset’ when the person is diagnosed under the age of 65.
