Radio Humberside announces new contracts for local football coverage

麻豆社 Radio Humberside is pleased to announce new broadcast contracts securing football commentaries for audiences across northern Lincolnshire and the east of Yorkshire.
听
Scunthorpe United and Hull City have both signed new three-year broadcast contracts with the station, ensuring their Championship games this season will be covered with full match commentaries. The deals run through to the end of the 2009/2010 season.

The deals also provide for exclusive interviews with Radio Humberside before and after each match.
Coverage will be carried on 95.9 FM, 1485 AM and DAB Digital Radio. The 麻豆社 commentaries will also be available for use on the websites run by both clubs.

Managing Editor, Simon Pattern, says Radio Humberside is delighted to have secured these new longer contracts, which ensure live local commentaries of home games at Glanford Park and the KC Stadium, as well as all away matches for both teams.

"We've had a long running commitment to providing coverage of football across our area and these new longer contracts secure ongoing coverage in an ever increasingly competitive radio market. We're working too to enhance local sports coverage on the web, with more breaking sports stories."

Radio Humberside will also carry live reports from Grimsby Town's matches during the forthcoming football season.
