麻豆社 statement about Radio Solent and 麻豆社 Local Radio

The 麻豆社 today issued a statement clarifying its policy on callers to its 麻豆社 Local Radio stations following press coverage of a leaked 麻豆社 Radio Solent email.
听
In the statement, David Holdsworth, Acting Controller of 麻豆社 English Regions, said:
听
"This memo does not reflect 麻豆社 policy and there is no ban on callers of any age gaining access to our airwaves. We welcome everyone, as long as they have something interesting to say, and every day people in their seventies, eighties and nineties light up 麻豆社 local radio with vivid contributions.
听
"Our Editors do not want to exclude older listeners, although they do have to review their schedules to reflect changing tastes and times.
听
"I am today reminding Editors of our policy."
