麻豆社 WM presenters are hanging up their headphones to become what they want to be in aid of the 麻豆社 Children in Need Appeal.

The 麻豆社 WM team is grabbing the chance to fulfil their childhood dreams to tie in with this year's 麻豆社 Children in Need 2005 theme: 'Be What You Want To Be'.

Consumer king Ed Doolan has long been a Gilbert and Sullivan fan, so has decided to sing one of their classic songs - If You Give Me Your Attention - on his Mid-Morning Show (10.00am-1.00pm, Friday 18 November).

Breakfast Show reporter Cayte Walker is a long-time fan of Anneka Rice - so she is doing a treasure hunt devised by The Porsche Centre in Sutton Coldfield, which bolstered the 麻豆社 Children in Need coffers with its own treasure hunt earlier in the year.

Other members of the 麻豆社 WM team involved in the 麻豆社 Children in Need 'Be What You Want To Be' event include:

Paul Franks as a bus conductor, presenting his Friday show (4.00 to 6.00pm) live from a bus in Centenary Square in Birmingham city centre, as well as presenting his football phone-in live from 6.00 to 7.45pm in the 麻豆社 Public Space - dressed as a bus conductor.

Adrian Goldberg and Satnam Rana present the 麻豆社 Birmingham inserts on 麻豆社 ONE at 6.50pm, 7.50pm and 8.40pm dressed as Egyptians, following the theme in the 麻豆社 Public Space.

The 麻豆社 Children in Need Bank is open in the Public Space in the Mailbox, allowing fundraisers to deposit their charity cash towards the annual charity event.

The 麻豆社 Birmingham Public Space is open till 11.00pm on Friday 18 November, allowing members of the public plenty of time to enjoy the Egypt exhibition currently on display to coincide with the 麻豆社 ONE series.

Other attractions include: Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne and Simon Cowell lookalikes; the return of the popular Bollywood Dreams Dancers; inflatable sumo wrestling; cheese and wine tasting; live music from the Octave Tinkling Twosome, featuring X-Factor reject Althea Gaye; and face-painting for the young at heart.

The 麻豆社 shop and caf茅 are also open until 11.00pm on Friday 18 November.

People can drop in to enjoy the evening's entertainment and meet the face of 麻豆社 Children in Need, Pudsey Bear.
