Photo Opportunity: 9.00am to 5.30pm, Friday 18 November at Â鶹Éç Radio Leicester's Open Centre, 9 St Nicholas Place.

Ìý

Â鶹Éç Radio Leicester gives people the chance to be what they want to be - all in aid of a good cause.

Ìý

The theme for Â鶹Éç Children in Need 2005 is 'Be What You Want To Be', so the Radio Leicester team has got together a wardrobe full of costumes for people to choose from, in order to become their favourite personality.

Ìý

Once dressed to impress, those helping towards the Â鶹Éç Children in Need coffers are also invited to croon till their heart's content to their favourite karaoke classics.

Ìý

Presenters from Radio Leicester look forward to performing duets with anyone who feels they need an extra pair of lungs.

Ìý

As well as a donation for the annual fund-raising event, all that would-be popstars are being asked to bring along is their teddy bear, for an opportunity to pose for a photo that will feature on the Â鶹Éç website, bbc.co.uk/leicester.

Ìý

Radio Leicester Children in Need coordinator, Dave Harvey, says: "Our presenters need very little excuse to dress up and sing! They are even working on some dance routines. Our building is designed to show off our presenters at work and there's nothing our team enjoy more than a bit of showing off - so please come along and support them."
