Wogan returns to sport as chair of Fighting Talk on Â鶹Éç Radio Five Live
Terry Wogan returned to sports broadcasting for the first time since the Barcelona Olympics in 1992 today as he took the reins on Radio Five Live's satirical Fighting Talk show as guest Chairman.

The show - which goes out tomorrow at 11.00am - was not without incident.

Guest Rick Wakeman was shooed away from a nearby Woman's Hour studio when he was caught helping himself to guest Natalie Imbruglia's coffee and refreshments.

Wakeman regales listeners to a story that he had bought the horse Tropical Saint from the Queen Mother in the Seventies.

"I was there at the exchange and then when I met the Queen Mother again many years later was pleased to have a shared anecdote to raise with her," he says.
Ìý
"I spoke to her and explained at length our connection, talking to her for about 20 minutes."

The Queen Mother listened intently before telling a cresftfallen Rick: "I don't remember that at all."

Other guests on the show include comedian Bob Mills, broadcaster Danny Kelly and journalist John Rawling.
