Â鶹Éç Worldwide agrees major content deals with NZ broadcasters

Â鶹Éç Worldwide Australia has concluded significant content deals with New Zealand broadcasters TVNZ and Prime Television, it was announced today at Mipcom.

Ìý

It has renewed a deal with Prime Television that will see upcoming series of multi award-winning Top Gear remain with the channel.

Ìý

Top Gear is consistently Prime's highest-rating programme, and has aired on the network since 2004.

Ìý

Meanwhile, Â鶹Éç Worldwide has also concluded a major deal with TVNZ for new and returning drama, factual and factual entertainment programming.

Ìý

New dramas included in the package include Whitechapel, a Carnival Films production for ITV, The Children from Tightrope Productions and Sleep with Me from Clerkenwell Films.

Returning series include the third series of award-winning time-travel drama Primeval from Impossible Pictures, the fifth series of New Tricks (S5) from Wall to Wall Productions, Hotel Babylon (S4) from Carnival Films, Mistresses (S2) from Ecosse Television, and Silent Witness (S12).
