Television chefs return with an extra bite on Australia's Saturday Kitchen

The second season of Australia's Saturday Kitchen returns with an extra 30 minutes of programming to feature additional 麻豆社 Worldwide chef series.

Celebrity chefs Ainsley Harriott, Rick Stein, Nick Nairn, Delia Smith and Antonio Carluccio will feature in the new two and a half hour format, providing a much-relished alternative to sports programming for free-to-air viewers.

This year, presenter Cindy Sargon is teamed with Patrick Collins, Food Editor of New Idea, who will cook Australian recipes during the links.

"These 麻豆社 Worldwide chef series have consistently rated in our top twenty most-watched series in Australia for the past three years, and are an extremely valuable part of our regional business," says Julie Dowding, Head of Sales, Australasia.

"We're pleased that our cookery programming has worked so well in the Saturday Kitchen format and look forward to continuing our strong relationship with the Channel 7 team this year," she added.

Angus and Robertson, the largest book chain in Australia, has come on board this year as the show's retail partner and will create national promotions for tie-in 麻豆社 Worldwide cookery books.

The second highest circulating weekly women's magazine, New Idea is again Saturday Kitchen's magazine partner and will have a dedicated, weekly Saturday Kitchen page and a monthly feature on a 麻豆社 Worldwide 'hero' chef.
