麻豆社 Worldwide delivers extensive programme packages to new Australian digital channgels




In conjunction with the launch of the new Australian Foxtel digital service, 麻豆社 Worldwide concluded its first major deals with two new digital channels to provide over 180 hours of programming.

The Biography Channel has signed a deal to obtain 104 hours of programming including titles from the Face To Face, Reputations and Great Romances series.

XYZ Networks new LifeStyle FOOD Channel has purchased over 77 hours of cookery programming including Ainsley's Big Cook Out, Delia's How To Cook, Rick Stein's Fruits of the Sea and Gary Rhodes at the Table.

Julie Dowding, Head of Sales, 麻豆社 Worldwide Australasia says: "The launch of Foxtel's digital service has created many new sales opportunities for us and we look forward to continuing our strong association with the teams at Foxtel and XYZ."

The new digital service on the Australian Foxtel subscription television service launched on 14 March and offers an array of new channels and key interactive features that will significantly change the Australian television landscape.
