麻豆社 Worldwide to create Life of Mammals simulation experience

麻豆社 Worldwide has signed an exclusive agreement with Camber Entertainment to develop an educational simulation attraction based on the 麻豆社 forthcoming major natural history series, The Life of Mammals.

A 麻豆社/Discovery co-production, the landmark series is written and presented by David Attenborough and will take the viewer on an encyclopaedic journey through some of the most fascinating aspects of the natural world. Scheduled for broadcast in the UK on 麻豆社 ONE in November 2002 and in the US on the Discovery Channel in autumn 2003, the series is likely to be seen in more than 40 countries worldwide.

The complete attraction will include a point of sale package where exterior theming of the simulators will reflect directly the imagery and the graphics of the TV programmes. It is anticipated that at least ten Life of Mammals simulation experiences will be created and released at six-month intervals over a five-year period.

Camber Entertainment will begin a marketing campaign for the project targeted primarily at zoos, museums and aquariums initially in territories where the series is scheduled to broadcast. In North America this campaign will be undertaken by Atlanta, Georgia based Pulseworks LLC - Camber Entertainment's exclusive partner for the project.

Notes for editors:
Camber Entertainment is an established world leader in the development and implementation of education based simulation attractions. It has recently completed a journey through the water cycle sponsored by Unilever, a voyage around the International Space Station for SpacePort Calgary and a journey to the home of the African Mountain Gorillas in association with the Dian Fossey Gorilla Fund International.
