beeb.com offers chance to pre-order Xbox


beeb.com, the Internet shopping portal, is providing a guide to the Xbox, Microsoft's new games console, its accessories and games, as well as the option to order online with a range of Internet shops before the console is available on March 14.


By pre-ordering through beeb.com, gamers can be among the first to get their hands on the much awaited console, it's accessories, and a range of games.


beeb.com has also gathered a range of special deals on the Xbox, complete with games and accessories, from retailers amazon.co.uk, Comet, PC World and dabs.com - so gamers can order everything they need to start gaming immediately.


In addition to providing information about the console itself, which billed as the most powerful games machine available, beeb.com is offering advice on the range of games available - from the futuristic shoot 'em up 'Halo' to the fantasy action adventure 'Azurik: Rise of Perathia' and racing game 'Project Gotham Racing'.


There's the lowdown on all the accessories that are set to be available, from memory packs, that allow you to store game information, to a 'FreeStyler board' which allows gamers to play surfing, skateboarding or snowboarding games from the back of board in front of the TV!


As the Xbox doubles as a DVD player, the site also offers a wide range of DVDs from online retailers. By buying through beeb.com, film fans can search for DVDs, and compare prices, deklivery times and delivery charges from a range of online shops to ensure they're getting the best deal.
