Christmas: Are you going to a Christmas lights switch-on?
'Tis the season for spectacular trees, sparkly lights and festive decorations - and we want to know if you're going to a Christmas lights switch-on this weekend?
Christmas lights around the UK are set to be switched on this weekend.
But some towns have had to cancel their events because of things like the cost, bad weather or safety concerns.
The cost of living crisis means energy bills remain high, and putting on Christmas lights for a whole town or city can get pretty pricey, often costing tens of thousands of pounds.
Some councils like Leominster Council, Bournemouth Council and Bolton have made the decision to cancel the celebrations to save money.
Is there a Christmas lights switch-on near you? Will you be going to one? Do you enjoy them? Let us know in the comments below!
