New Harry Potter mobile game to be released next year
Big news for Harry Potter fans everywhere - a new mobile game has been announced!
The role-playing game will be released by J.K. Rowling's Pottermore website next year and it's called Harry Potter: Hogwarts Mystery.
In the game, players will create their own characters to attend Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry as students.
We're already dusting off our hats and waving our wands in excitement!
Hogwarts Mystery is the first Harry Potter game in which the player can create their own character.
The game is being made by Jam City who are based in America and make loads of other mobile games.
They say that most of the professors from the Harry Potter stories will be in the game - including Professor Dumbledore - and players will be able to go to lessons and interact with the Hogwarts staff.
This announcement comes hot on the heels of last month's announcement of another Harry Potter game which will be made by the makers of Pokemon Go and will be based on augmented reality, or AR.
Don't get too excited just yet though - you won't be able to get your hands on the new games until 2018.
