Jonathan Hutty death: Two men charged with murder

Two men from Hull have been charged with murder after a man died following an alleged assault.
Jonathan Hutty, 49, was found with a serious head injury at a house on Padstow Close, Hull, on 24 February.
He died from his injuries on 11 March, Humberside Police said.
Ian Smalley, 53, of Hutt Street, and Gavin Leaning, 51, of Padstow Close, have both been charged with murder. They are due to appear at Hull Crown Court on Tuesday.
Three other people who were arrested between February and March in connection with the incident have since been released on bail as inquiries continue, police said.
