Police are looking for witnesses after a report of an indecent exposure in Tonbridge.
Officers were called to an alley near Romney Way just after 15:30 GMT on Friday (1 November) where the incident took place.
A woman alleged the man, who she did not know, had grasped at her before she left uninjured and on foot, according to Kent Police.
Police described the man as 5ft 6 with dark hair and a dark beard, wearing a grey hoodie and with hairy arms.
Police said it is believed the man had exposed himself before grasping at the woman.
They are asking any witnesses who were in the area between 15:00 GMT and 16:00 GMT on 1 November to come forward.
