Burglars cause 'extensive' damage in house raid
Burglars have caused "extensive damage" during a break-in in Huddersfield, smearing paint across the walls and ransacking the property.
Images shared by West Yorkshire Police show white, red and black paint splattered and sprayed across the kitchen and bathroom, while items have been pulled from the cupboards and strewn across the floors.
Officers investigating the break-in say it happened at a property in the Edgerton area of the town sometime between 18 and 27 September.
Anyone with information about the incident is asked to contact the force.
