Man seriously injured in petrol station crash
A pedestrian has sustained serious injuries in a crash at a supermarket petrol station.
Devon and Cornwall Police said officers were called out to reports of a crash at the forecourt of Sainsbury's petrol station on Nicholson Road in Torquay at about 16:10 GMT on Friday.
The force said the incident involved a car and a man in his 60s who was taken to hospital with serious injuries.
Police added the car driver, a woman in her 70s, was also taken to hospital with minor injuries and inquiries into the incident were ongoing.
