Motorcyclist dies in crash near Ashford

A motorcyclist has died in a crash on a main road in Kent.

A red Jaguar E-Pace collided with a green Triumph motorcycle on the A251 Faversham Road at Boughton Aluph near Ashford at around 20:55 BST on Thursday, police said.

The motorcyclist, a man in his 50s, was confirmed dead at the scene.

Officers are appealing for anyone who witnessed the collision or saw the vehicles beforehand to get in touch.
