Caroline Fisher is no couch potato! She's down the gym every day, which is no surprise really. She's a fitness instructor.
Caroline's passion is probably a mystery to most of us although she considers herself one of the lucky ones as she's made a career out of what she cares about most.
But Caroline admits that wasn't always the case, "Like most women in their twenties I struggled with every diet in the book, weighed myself everyday and got unhappy if I weighed a pound too heavy.
After she'd had children Caroline decided to start running and generally keeping fit. "It proved to be a huge change in lifestyle and subsequently became my career.
"I have a real passion for it and I really believe that the way to go is to exorcise, then you can eat a little bit of what you fancy and eat a little bit of what you fancy".
