By Steve Coleman Young people across Merseyside improved their writing skills with a novel poetry project, as part of Â鶹Éç RaW.
Â鶹Éç RaW aims to increase people’s reading and writing skills in engaging ways. We took the simple idea of the fridge magnet word games and turned them into a computer generated kitchen canvas.
OurÌý virtual fridge and a few dozen cyber magnets wentÌýout on the road on the Â鶹Éç Bus to see what creativity bytes when you mess about with aÌýwhite domestic applianceÌý (only ours in blue!)
Young people from Liverpool, Knowsley, Wirral and St Helens wrote a range of poems from limericks to lullabies.

RaW is the Â鶹Éç’s biggest ever campaign that aims to help adults across the UK read and write better.
