Matthew Bennett is a Senior Lecturer at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst and a military historian with a focus on the medieval period. His publications include: The Cambridge Atlas of Medieval Warfare, Agincourt, 1415, and The Campaigns of the Norman Conquest, together with many articles in academic journals and popular magazines, mostly on the Crusades and chivalric warfare.
