The gig has been arranged to raise money for Acorns Children's Hospice, which has just opened a brand new state-of-the-art hospice in Worcester, serving the counties of Herefordshire, Worcestershire and Gloucestershire. Acorns fundraiser Fran Winterbourne said "it costs £4,500 every day to run the Acorns hospice, which breaks down to £450 per bed."
