What information about me is being stored?
Your name and email address will be stored in a secure database. This personal information is being kept to help you. It will not be given to anyone inside or outside the 麻豆社 without your permission. We will not send you emails about other 麻豆社 products and services.
Each time you answer a question, carry out the module quizzes, or save particular plantlists, this will be logged in My Garden.
Each time you successfully complete and save a quiz this will be stored in My scorecard.
Will the 麻豆社 show my folder to anyone else?
We will not show your folder to anyone else but you must keep your password secret - if you lose it or give it to someone else, they will be able to look at your folder. Also, if someone else can read email we send to the address you have given us, they will be able to look at it.
Will the 麻豆社 look at my folder or make use of the information in any way?
We will count how many times each page has been looked at. We will not look at your name to see how well you have done.
How long will the 麻豆社 keep my folder?
Your details will be deleted from our database if you have not logged into How to be a gardener for one year. If you want to keep it for longer, just remember to open it regularly.
I've forgotten my username. What do I do?
Unfortunately you will have to sign up again. This means that your How to be a gardener profile will be reset. We cannot give you access to your old profile because we cannot be sure that you are who you say you are.
I've forgotten my password but my email address has changed. What do I do?
