What can I use instead of a鈥�
鈥� Lemon juicer?
If you don鈥檛 have a lemon juicer you can use some kitchen tongs to squeeze it. You鈥檒l be able to squeeze harder and cleaner than if you used your hands!
鈥� Cooling rack?
If you don鈥檛 have a cooling rack, turn an empty box of eggs upside down to place a hot baking tray or cake tin on top of.
鈥� Rolling pin?
If you don鈥檛 have a rolling pin, you can use a glass bottle, such as an oil or wine bottle.
鈥� Steamer?
If you don鈥檛 have a steamer you can place a metal sieve into a pan of simmering water, making sure the bottom doesn鈥檛 touch the water. Sit the saucepan lid on top of the sieve and you鈥檝e got a home-made steamer!
